Where do you ship and how much does shipping cost?
We ship to more than 190 countries including the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, Japan, Korea and China.
US: Free on all orders
International: Free for orders over $150. Flat rate of $15 otherwise.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We offer delivery to P.O. Boxes.
How fast is your shipping?
In-stock items are shipped in 1 – 2 business days.
USA: 2-5 days
Canada: 5-12 days
Other international destinations: 2-4 weeks
All orders come with shipping confirmation which can be used to track your items.
Back-ordered items have an additional wait time of 10-14 business days. They are specified on our product pages.
When an order contains both in-stock and back-ordered items, the entire order will be shipped together unless requested otherwise.

What currency are your prices in?
We are located in sunny California and all prices displayed are in US Dollars.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments from major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Chase, JCB, and AliPay.
For your convenience, we also offer Express Checkout via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Paypal.
How much duty and tax will I have to pay?
For orders in the US we are obligated to collect state sales tax in California. For orders overseas, additional customs and import duties may be levied by the country of your residence.
What are back-ordered items, and when will they ship?
Backordered items are currently sold-out styles that we plan on restocking. You may order them before they physically arrive at our warehouse, so you’ll be the first to receive them.
The typical wait time for backordered items is an additional 10-14 business days compared to our in-stock items.
If you place an order containing both in-stock and backordered items, the entire order will be shipped together.
How do I order an item that's currently out of stock?
All of our styles are crafted in limited quantities to ensure sustainable manufacturing practices and quality production standards. As a result, some styles may sell out shortly after its release. If possible, order early to ensure availability of your favorite style.
We may or may not be able to bring a sold-out item back. You are always welcome to contact us to inquire about a particular style’s availability.
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
We start to process your order as soon as it is placed so that your items arrive as quickly as possible. If you have any questions about an order you have placed or would like to make any changes, please contact SKYE Care Team as soon as possible, we will assist you in any way we can.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We hope you love everything from us! If an item does not work out for you, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of shipping.
US customers: A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you at no cost. Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment in 10 business days.
International customers: Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us at the address below. Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment in 10 business days.

If you used a coupon code to redeem a free gift, kindly return the free gift for a full refund if the condition of the coupon can no longer be met.
E.g. If you get a free belt with a coupon code that requires a minimum purchase of $150, and your order total is less than $150 after return, then the belt should be sent back for a full refund. If your order total is more than $150 after return, then the belt remains a free gift.
How do I initiate a return?
Initiating a return is easy. Simply email our SKYE Care Team, include the order number, name(s) of item that you would like to return and reason(s) for return. We will follow up within 1-2 business days.
If you decide to return an item, please ensure that it is in mint condition with all original tags still attached. All returned items must be free of defects such as pet hair, stains, perfumes, deodorant marks and odor. Items returned with an amendable defect (missing tags, pet hair, fragrance) will incur a $10/piece re-stocking fee to cover dry cleaning and handling charges. Items returned with a permanent defect (e.g. stubborn stains, rips or tears) will be sent back to the customer.
Please allow 10-14 business days for returns to be processed once they arrive at our warehouse. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
How do I make an exchange?
If you would like to exchange for a different size or a different item, kindly email our SKYE Care Team with your order number, name of item to be returned and name of item you would like to receive instead.
Alternatively, you may also request a return and place an order for the new item. Our shipping and returns are always free for US customers.
What is Final Sale?
Items marked as Final Sale on the product page or purchased at more than 50% discount are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
What if something I ordered is defective or damaged?
Our items pass through stringent quality checks before they leave our warehouse. However, if you received a damaged or defective item, please email our SKYE Care Team with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will replace the item at no cost to you.
