Where do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?
We ship worldwide. Shipping is always free, both ways, even for international customers.
How fast is your shipping?
Most of our orders should arrive within 4-6 business days for destinations within the continental US, 5-10 business days for Canada and 2-3 weeks for other destinations overseas. All orders come with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package.
Kindly note that shipping times may be impacted due to weather conditions, holiday seasons or customs delays.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We hope you love everything from us. Our returns are free and easy. If for any reason an item does not work out for you, we gladly offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.
US customers: For items returned within 30 days of delivery, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
International customers: For items returned within 30 days of delivery, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
If you decide to return an item, please ensure that it is in pristine condition with original tags still attached. Please note that if any item is returned in a condition other than how it originally left our facility, a cleaning and restocking fee may be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.
How do I initiate a return?
Initiating a return is easy. Simply email our SKYE Care Team, include the order number, name(s) of item(s) that you would like to return and reason(s) for return. We will email you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions.
How do I make an exchange?
At this time, we are unable to automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, kindly email our SKYE Care Team and we will take care of the rest. Remember, shipping is always free both ways, even for international customers!
What if something I ordered is defective or damaged?
Our garments pass through stringent quality checks before they leave our warehouse. However, if you received a damaged or defective item, please email our SKYE Care Team with your order number and a photo of the garment, and we will take care of you!
