Where do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?
We ship worldwide. Shipping is always free, both ways, even for international customers.
How fast is your shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase from our sunny California warehouse. Once your order is shipped, it should arrive within 2-3 business days for destinations within the continental US, or 1-3 weeks for destinations overseas. All orders come with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We hope you love everything from us. Our returns are free and easy. If for any reason an item does not work out for you, we gladly offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.
US customers: For items returned within 14 days of delivery, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. For items returned within 15-30 days of delivery, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
International customers: For items returned within 30 days of delivery, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
If you decide to return an item, please ensure that it is in pristine condition with original tags still attached. Please note that if any item is returned in a condition other than how it originally left our facility, a cleaning and restocking fee may be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.
How do I initiate a return?
Initiating a return is easy if you have an account with us. Simply log in to your account, find the specific order and item that you’d like to return. Click refund underneath the item and submit reason(s) for return, which will help us better serve you in the future. Once that’s completed, we will send you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions.
If you checked out as a guest, please email [email protected]. Include the order number, name of item that you would like to return and reason(s) for return. We will email you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions.
How do I make an exchange?
At this time, we are unable to automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, initiate a return for the item you purchased and place a new order for the item you want. Remember, shipping is always free both ways, even for international customers!
What if something I ordered is defective or damaged?
If you received a damaged or defective item, please email our SKYE Care team with your order number and a photo of the garment, and we will take care of the rest!
