Where do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?
We ship worldwide. Shipping is always free, both ways, even for international customers.
How fast is your shipping?
Most in-stock items should arrive within 3-6 days for destinations within continental US, 5-10 days for Canada and 2-3 weeks for other destinations overseas. All orders come with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package.
Made-to-order or back-ordered items have an additional wait time of 7-12 days. These items are specified in our product description.
When an order contains both in-stock and made-to-order/back-ordered items, we ship your in-stock items first so you can start enjoying them without additional wait.
Kindly note that shipping times may be impacted due to weather conditions, holiday seasons or customs delays beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We hope you love everything from us. Our returns are free and easy. If for any reason an item does not work out for you, we gladly offer free returns within 30 days of shipping.
US customers: For items returned within 30 days of shipping, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
International customers: For items returned within 30 days of shipping, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
If you decide to return an item, please ensure that it is in pristine condition with original tags still attached. Please note that if any item is returned in non-resellable condition (e.g. stains or odors), it will be returned to sender.
How do I initiate a return?
Initiating a return is easy. Simply email our SKYE Care Team, include the order number, name of item that you would like to return and reason for return. We will email you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions.
Please allow 4-7 business days for returns to be processed once they arrive at our warehouse.
How do I make an exchange?
At this time, we are unable to automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, kindly email our SKYE Care Team to return the item and place an order for the new item. Our shipping and returns are always free!
What if something I ordered is defective or damaged?
Our items pass through stringent quality checks before they leave our warehouse. However, if you received a damaged or defective item, please email our SKYE Care Team with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will take care of you!
