How can I track my order?
All orders come with shipping confirmation which can be used to track your items.
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you as soon as your order is packed.
Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into their system, the tracking number can be used to see where your package is at.
If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email from us within 2 business days of placing your order, kindly check your spam folder or reach out to us.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments from major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club.
For your convenience, we also offer Express Checkout via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Paypal, Meta Pay and Shop Pay.
How much duty and tax will I have to pay?
For orders in the US we are obligated to collect state sales tax in California. For orders overseas, additional customs and import duties may be levied by the country of your residence.
What are preorder items, and when will they ship?
Preorder items are temporarily sold-out styles that we plan on restocking.
They are marked as preorder on the product, cart and checkout pages.
The typical wait time for preorder items is an additional 15-20 days.
If you place an order containing both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will be shipped together.
How do I order an item that's currently out of stock?
All of our styles are crafted in small batches to ensure sustainable practices and quality standards.
As a result, some styles may sell out shortly after its release. If possible, order early to ensure availability of your favorite style.
If we plan on bringing a style back, they are usually marked as pre-order and you may purchase them just as you would a regular item.
You are always welcome to contact us to inquire about a particular style’s availability.
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
We start to process your order as soon as it is placed so that your items arrive as quickly as possible.
If you have any questions about an order you have placed or would like to make any changes, please contact SKYE Care as soon as possible, we will assist you in any way we can.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We hope you love everything from us! If an item does not work out for you, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for non-final sale items within 30 days of delivery.
Please always contact us to get a return authorization first before shipping items back to us.
US customers: A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you. Refund will be issued back to your original form of payment in 10-14 business days.
Exchanges and returns for store credit are free of charge.
Returns for refund have a shipping label fee as follows:
1 item: $6.5
2-3 items: $8.5
More than 3 items: $8.5 + $2/item
E.g. Return for 4 items is $8.5+$2=$10.5
International customers: Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us at the address below. Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment in 10-14 business days.

If you used a coupon code to redeem a free gift, kindly return the free gift for a full refund if the condition of the coupon can no longer be met.
E.g. If you get a free belt with a coupon code that requires a minimum purchase of $150, and your order total is less than $150 after return, then the belt should be sent back for a full refund. If your order total is more than $150 after return, then the belt remains a free gift.
Kindly note that shipping costs are not eligible for refunds. Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Items must be returned in mint condition, with a return authorization and received by our warehouse within 60 days of original delivery.
How do I initiate a return?
Initiating a return is easy. Simply log on to your account to make a return request or email care@shop-skye.com, include the order number, name of item that you would like to return and reason for return. We will follow up within 1-2 business days.
Please ensure that the returned item is in mint condition with all original tags still attached. It must be free of pet hair, stains, perfumes, deodorant marks and odor.
Items returned with an amendable defect (missing hang tags, pet hair, fragrance) will incur a $15/piece re-stocking fee to cover dry cleaning and handling charges.
Items returned with a permanent defect (e.g. stubborn stains, rips or tears) will be sent back to the customer with an additional shipping charge.
Returned items must be received by our warehouse within 60 days of original delivery.
Please allow 10-14 business days for returns to be processed once they arrive at our warehouse. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
How do I make an exchange?
We gladly accept exchange within 30 days of delivery.
If you would like to exchange for a different size or a different item, kindly email care@shop-skye.com with your order number, name of item to be returned and name of item you would like to receive instead.
Alternatively, you may also request a return and place an order for the new item. Return shipping is always free for US customers.
Kindly note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for exchanges.
What if something I ordered is defective or damaged?
Our items pass through stringent quality checks before they leave our warehouse. However, if you received a damaged or defective item, please email care@shop-skye.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will replace the item at no cost to you.

What size should I order?
We know sizing can be tricky when shopping online, and we are here to help in any way we can. For starters, please take a look at our Size Guide for general reference.
Different styles may vary from slim fitting to oversized, so you may want to order a size up or down depending on your preference.
We highly recommend you to check out the exact measurements for each style under our product description. These measurements are taken from the clothing and is the most precise way to determine if and how something may fit you.

Alternatively, you may purchase additional sizes of the same style and keep the one that fits you best. Our US returns are always free!
Will you be offering more sizes?
Absolutely! We believe that sophistication and style come in all shapes and sizes. It is vital to us that all women feel beautiful and different physiques are represented.
As a small business, we currently offer XXS, XS, S, M, L and XL in women sizing.
As we continue to grow, we will be expanding to other offerings to accommodate tall, petite, slim and curvy body types.
GIFTING OPTIONS
What kind of packaging do you offer?
We offer beautiful packaging for our clothing and accessories.
All jewelry comes in a beautiful SKYE drawstring cotton pouch and jewelry box, which makes it perfect for gifting at no additional cost.
Clothing may be shipped in a box or envelope mailers made from recycled materials.
Can you keep the prices hidden?
All orders are shipped with a packing slip, instead of an invoice, so the prices are hidden.
Can I add a gift message?
Absolutely! You may add a personalized gift message free of charge on the packing slip, by typing your message in the Order Notes box on the checkout page.
What if the gift recipient doesn't like the gift?
We offer return and exchange within 30 days of delivery.
The gift recipient may reach out to us to exchange for a different item, have us issue a refund back to the original form of payment or request a store credit, which they can use later.
GARMENT CARE TIPS
How should I care for my garments?
For us there is nothing better than offering refined styles in the finest materials that can be worn over and over again. The care instructions on your garment’s label will give you a general guidance on how to best care for your garment. Additionally, here are a few easy tips to keep your garments long-loved favorites for years to come.
1. Reduce frequency of washing or dry cleaning
Unless a garment is visibly dirty, it may not need to be washed. Instead, hang it outdoors or near an open window with fresh air. Alternatively, use a steamer to refresh garments and release wrinkles. The steam plumps up fibers and kills odors and bacteria. Spot clean if only a small area is soiled.
2. Wash clothes inside out and use a mesh bag
Protect the outside part of a garment by turning it inside out and placing in a mesh bag. This protects zippers, buttons and embellishments from rubbing against each other and the fabric causing wear and tear.
3. Wash in cold water and gentle cycle
Hot water and high spin consumes more energy and wears out fabric. Unless the garment is heavily soiled, wash in cold water and gentle cycle.
4. Reduce the amount of detergent
Other than being harmful for the environment, a large amount of detergent leaves residue behind, making garments dull and stiff. Instead, use half the prescribed amount of detergent with half cup of borax or washing soda, which are natural detergent boosters.
5. Use vinegar instead of chlorine bleach
White distilled vinegar is a natural fabric brightener and softener that does not damage the fabric the way chlorine bleach does. It is also better for the environment.
6. Air dry
Dryer heat damages fabric over time and can cause shrinkage and fading. Air drying is easier on garments and the environment. Line drying white garments outdoors in the sun can help keep them bright. Dark garments are best kept indoors or in shade, to keep colors from fading.
7. Fold or use the right hanger
Thin, wire hangers can cause bumps on shoulders and stretch garments out, especially for knits and more substantial pieces. Fold knitted items and use thick, wooden hangers to keep shoulders intact.
Wool/Wool Blend Garments
Wool doesn’t need washing as often as other fibers might. In fact, they last a lot longer when they are washed less. Here are a few things you can do instead:
1. Air it out – Wool has anti-bacterial and self-cleaning properties, so simply hang your garment and expose them to fresh air.
2. Brush it – brushing wool will not only prevent pilling but also release its natural oils, which refreshes the material.
3. Spot clean – Wipe targeted area with a damp cloth, and use a small amount of detergent if necessary.
Wool and wool blend garments should be hand washed or machine washed on a delicate or wool cycle (very low spin cycle) with cold water. This is important to prevent pillage, felting, and shrinkage to the garment.
Also, never put wool or wool blend garments in the dryer! Instead, lay your wool item flat on a towel to absorb any extra moisture, gently reshape them and wait for the garment to dry. Knits can be heavy when wet and that extra weight will pull them out of shape if line dried.
Cotton/Cotton Blend Garments
An all-natural and biodegradable fabric, cotton is fully machine washable. Turn the garment inside out, and place it in a mesh bag. Wash with like colors to keep light garments bright. Select the delicate cycle on the washing machine, and make sure the water temperature is cold and the spin is low.
If possible, choose a plant-based detergent free of fragrance, optical brighteners, chlorine, and phosphates that are toxic for you and the environment. Borax and washing soda are natural detergent boosters that remove tough stains, deodorize, and freshen garments. One-half cup of white distilled vinegar can be added to the final rinse cycle as a natural fabric brightener and softener. Hang or lay flat to dry.
Tencel/Tencel Blend Garments
An all-natural and sustainable fabric with luxurious drape and feel of expensive silk, Tencel is fully machine washable. Turn the garment inside out, and place it in a mesh bag to protect zippers, buttons, and any special detailing. Wash with like colors to keep light garments bright. Select the delicate cycle on the washing machine, and make sure the water temperature is cold and the spin is low.
If possible, choose a plant-based detergent free of fragrance, optical brighteners, chlorine, and phosphates that are toxic for you and the environment. Borax and washing soda are natural detergent boosters that remove tough stains, deodorize, and freshen garments. One-half cup of white distilled vinegar can be added to the final rinse cycle as a natural fabric brightener and softener. Line dry in a shaded area to prevent fading.
Denim Garments
A sturdy cotton twill fabric, denim is fully machine washable. Due to high dye concentration on the yarn surface, some color transfer may happen during the first few washes, so make sure to wash with like colors. Turn the garment inside out, and place it in a mesh bag to protect zippers, buttons, and any special detailing. Select the normal cycle on the washing machine, and make sure the water temperature is cold.
